Unconditional Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Unconditional Return)
The customer has the right to cancel a distance purchase agreement without providing any reason and to return the purchased goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving the product.
Once this 14-day period has expired, the customer loses the right to request an unconditional return of the item.
2. Return Shipping & Processing Time
- Tbilisi: Luxera Gift LLC covers the cost of return shipping within the city of Tbilisi. Collection of the item will be arranged within 2 working days.
- Other Regions of Georgia: Returns will be completed within 5 working days after the return request is submitted.
- Mountainous Regions: Return processing may take 7–10 working days due to logistical constraints.
3. How to Submit a Return Request
To initiate a return, the customer must contact Luxera Gift LLC through one of the following channels:

After submitting the request:
A Luxera Gift LLC representative will contact the customer within 24-48 hours to provide detailed return instructions.
4. Return Conditions
Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product must be returned with all accessories, parts, and documents provided at the time of purchase, including (where applicable): Warranty card, Technical passport, Instruction manuals or inserts
- The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging. (Opening the package alone does not constitute damage.)
- The product must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
If the product cannot be accepted due to missing items or documents:
The customer will be notified within 48 hours after Luxera Gift LLC receives the return request.
The product will be sent back to the customer.
5. Refund Policy
- If the product qualifies for unconditional return, the refund will be issued within 5 working days after Luxera Gift LLC receives the return notification.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used by the customer, unless an alternative method is mutually agreed upon.
6. Products Not Eligible for Unconditional Return
Unconditional return is not available for products that fall under any of the following categories:
- Perishable goods or products with a short shelf life
- Hermetically sealed items where the seal has been broken (for hygiene or health reasons)
- Products that were inseparably combined with other items after delivery
- Sealed audio, video recordings, or software where the seal has been broken
- Newspapers, magazines, or other periodicals (unless purchased via subscription)
- Tickets for sports or cultural events, unless the contract explicitly allows returns
- Products priced below 50 GEL
- Products missing any components or documents included at the time of purchase
- Packaging (box, bag, seal) damaged by the customer in a way that cannot be restored to its original condition (This does not include simply opening the package.)
7. Non-Delivery Due to Customer Fault
- If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, unavailability, inability to contact):
- Luxera Gift LLC will attempt to contact the customer again to arrange redelivery.
- If repeated contact attempts or delivery attempts fail, Luxera Gift LLC reserves the right to cancel the order 10 (ten) days after order execution.
- In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded no later than 5 (five) working days after cancellation.
